Spa Gift Certificates can be purchased at the spa, by phone or online. A valid Certificate must be presented at the time of service to redeem for spa treatments. Gift Cards are valid for products or services from Lana’s Place Day Spa and is not redeemable for cash. The gift certificate must be redeemed in full and cannot be used for Gratuities. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Gift Cards Expire 12 months from date of purchase

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to all members of our team at Lana’s Organic Day Spa. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. A late arrival will deprive you of treatment time as we end all appointments on time to respect the next scheduled guest. We ask that all guests supply a credit card to have on our files. Please give 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Notification given less than 24 prior to appointment time or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount. Gratuity is not included. Online appointment requests will be approved or denied depending on availability. Requesting an appointment for services does not mean it is booked. A credit card is required for scheduling an appointment with Lana’s Organic Day Spa. 25% deposit is required to book and hold an appointment on Friday-Saturday-Sunday and all holidays. The deposit will be applied to your balance due at the end of your appointment. We recommend that you leave all jewelry at home before coming to the spa. Our Spa will not be held responsible for valuables lost within the spa.
